So this is a (gimmicky) ritualist spike.
Max damage is 126*2 + 135*2 + 90*2 = 702 (lightning) damage. Every other spike, there's an added 212 damage follow-up from lamentation.

The whole build is based on QZ, that's why there's 2 oath shotted copies of it. NR and Tranq are there for added disruption, but don't really matter...
Signet of spirits under QZ, at 16 channeling is ~115 energy/min (6 pips) and [email protected] channeling...
Restoration healers work quite well under QZ too.

looks like a basic rit spike except maybe take out venegful wep for wepon of shadow on #7. Works well on ghost. 2 Ranger spammers isnt really needed. Its good to have those 2 QZ but if the ranger is smart enuff you onyl need one. Maybe put in a pd or something for altars becuz u have very little interupts. Make the r-spammer look liek this:

1.oath shot
2.whirling def
3.nr
4.tranq
5.fertile
6.frozen soil
7.muddy terrain
8.mantra of concentration

Fertile can almost give you the altar with that much def.
Also maybe try dropping signet of spirts on 1 rit for rit lord. And then put in a N/mo healer. The spike is strong enough so its safe to drop a gaze. And alot of spirits r dying so that N/mo can take empathic removal as an elite for added condit removal and hex removal to be a healing powerhouse.
